What are the course prerequisites?
To be certified as a PADI Open Water Diver, you need to be at least 10 years old*, medically fit for diving and able to swim. You need to be at least 10 years old (and have access to a tablet) to use PADI Open Water Diver Touch; however, PADI Open Water Diver Touch is not available for direct purchase by those under the age of 13. In this instance, a parent or legal guardian will be required to authorize and pay for the courseware. * In some regions the minimum age is higher.

You need to be at least 12 years old, a certified entry-level diver and fit for diving to be certified as a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver. Any certified entry-level diver who is at least 12 years old may enroll in the PADI eLearning Advanced Open Water Diver online program..
PADI Enriched Air Diver eLearning
What are the PADI Enriched Air Diver course prerequisites?
You need to be a certified diver and at least 12 years old and fit for diving to be certified as a PADI Enriched Air Diver. Any certified diver who is at least 12 years old may enroll in the PADI eLearning Enriched Air Diver online program.
PADI IDC Course eLearning
What are the PADI IDC prerequisites?
Prior to enrolling in the PADI IDC, you must be at least 18 years old, have a current medical attesting to your diving fitness signed by a physician within the previous 12 months, and hold a leadership level diving certification such as the PADI Divemaster rating. You must also have been a certified diver for at least six months and be able to prove that you have completed at least 60 dives (100 before attending the IE). PADI Dive Theory eLearning
Who can benefit from completing the course?
The course is designed for anyone who is interested and wants to improve their dive theory knowledge. PADI Divemaster candidates, IDC-bound Pros, IDC Staff Instructor candidates and Course Director Training Course applicants can use the program to prepare for their course exams. Divers of all levels can take the course for personal enrichment.
What are the PADI Dive Theory online prerequisites?
Anyone at least 10 years of age may enroll in PADI Dive Theory Online.
PADI Digital Underwater Photography eLearning
Who can benefit from completing the course?
The course is designed for anyone who wants to learn how to use a digital camera or video underwater and also helps improve the skills and knowledge of those who already have some experience with underwater digital imaging. The course is open to snorkelers and certified divers of all levels.
Snorkelers and scuba divers may be certified as PADI Digital Underwater Photographers upon completion of the skills portion of the course.
What are the PADI Digital Underwater Photographer course prerequisites?
Snorkelers can enroll in the PADI Digital Underwater Photographer Level One course. For PADI Digital Underwater Photographer Level Two you need to be a certified diver, at least 10 years old, and fit for diving. Anyone at least 10 years old may enroll in the PADI Digital Underwater Photographer online program.
What are the PADI Dive Theory online prerequisites?
Anyone at least 10 years of age may enroll in PADI Dive Theory Online.
PADI Scuba Tune-up eLearning
Who can benefit from completing the course?
The course is designed for anyone who wants to refresh their dive knowledge. The program is primarily designed for certified divers who wish to return to scuba diving after a period of inactivity, however, it is also a great resource for any diver to brush up.
What are the PADI Scuba Tune-up course prerequisites?
To participate in the practical (in-water) portions of the program, you need to be a certified diver, or a diver undergoing training, at least 10 years old, and fit for diving. Anyone at least 10 years old may enroll in the PADI eLearning Scuba Tune-up online program.

PADI Rescue Diver English – Cert Pack
What are the PADI Rescue Diver Course prerequisites?
You need to be at least 12 years old, certified to beyond entry-level with proof of underwater navigation training, such as PADI Adventure Diver with the Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive completed, and be fit for diving to be certified as a PADI Rescue Diver. Any diver with the prerequisite training who is at least 12 years old may enroll in the PADI eLearning Rescue Diver online program.
PADI Divemaster English – Cert Pack
What are the PADI Divemaster Course prerequisites?
Prior to enrolling in PADI Divemaster Online, you must be at least 18 years old, have a current medical attesting to your diving fitness signed by a physician within the previous 12 months, and be a certified PADI Advanced Open Water Diver and PADI Rescue or hold qualifying certifications from another dive training organization. You must also have completed a Emergency First Response (EFR) Primary and Secondary Care course (or other sanctioned first aid and CPR course) within the past 24 months and be able to prove that you have completed at least 40 dives (60 before being able to complete the Divemaster course with experience of deep dives, night dives and underwater navigation).
